Pre-launch legal template

Terms of Use

Effective date: pending legal-entity approval. Last updated August 26, 2026.

Pre-launch notice: Governing entity, jurisdiction and dispute terms have not been supplied. This page is noindex and requires qualified legal review before the site is made public.

1. Informational website

The site explains a proposed GEO and AI visibility service for industrial companies. General articles, frameworks and sample queries are educational and do not constitute engineering, legal, compliance, financial or procurement advice.

2. No platform guarantee

AI and search outputs are controlled by independent platforms and can vary by time, location, wording, account state and other factors. No content on this site guarantees a ranking, citation, recommendation, inquiry or revenue outcome.

3. Demo and framework labels

Interface examples, query libraries, methodology examples and benchmark categories are illustrative unless explicitly identified as verified customer data. This launch build contains no claimed customer performance, testimonials or case results.

4. Requests are not contracts

Submitting a form is a request for contact only. It does not create an agency relationship, statement of work, confidentiality obligation or service commitment. Any engagement requires a separately agreed written scope.

5. Confidential information

Do not submit drawings, unreleased product information, personal data about third parties, export-controlled data or other confidential material through the initial website form.

6. Intellectual property

Final ownership, licensing and permitted reuse terms for the website and service deliverables must be defined by the verified operator and in each engagement agreement. Third-party platform names remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

7. Availability and changes

The operator may update, suspend or remove website content. Links to third-party sources are provided for reference and do not transfer responsibility for their availability or practices.

8. Governing terms

Before launch, add the verified contracting entity, governing law, liability terms, warranty limits, dispute process and business contact after jurisdiction-specific legal review.
